Academic Pathfinders provides educational counselling, admissions guidance, application support, administrative support, document preparation assistance and related services.

1. No Guaranteed Outcome

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, accommodation, visa approval or enrolment. Decisions are made by universities, accommodation providers and relevant authorities.

2. Student Responsibilities

Students must provide accurate information, meet deadlines, pay third-party fees and ensure that submitted documents are genuine and accurate.

3. Personal Statements and SOPs

We provide guidance and editing support. Students remain responsible for the authenticity and final content of their statements.

4. Visa Support

Our standard service is visa application guidance, administrative support and document preparation assistance. We do not hold ourselves out as providing regulated immigration advice. Where regulated advice is required, use an authorised adviser or solicitor.

5. Third Parties

Universities, colleges, accommodation providers and government authorities control their own decisions, requirements, fees and timelines.

6. Fees and Refunds

Any applicable fees, payment terms and refund arrangements will be confirmed before paid services begin.

7. Confidentiality and Data

Information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and data protection requirements.

8. Under-18 Students

Parent or guardian consent may be required and additional safeguarding requirements may apply.

9. British Council Training

Where displayed, British Council UK Knowledge Training refers to the individual counsellor's training and does not represent agency endorsement, accreditation or validation.

10. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by law, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
